Lalit is a Chartered Accountant and an Investment Advisor. He completed his B.Com (Hons.) from Hansraj College. He has 20+ years of experience in Organizational Setup, Business Expansion, Fundraising, Project Financing and Government Liasioning.
Manoj Bhatt
Co-Founder
Manoj is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He has 19+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FEMA and Corporate Law.He worked with various MNC organizations including Oracle India as Commercial Finance Head.
Dheeraj Chaurasia
Co-Founder
Dheeraj Chaurasia is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having more than 20 years of experience in advising various clients on tax & regulatory matters, business strategy and emotional quotient.In his last corporate stint, he was the Associate Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, New Delhi in the tax and regulatory services division.
Subodh Kumar Jain

Subodh is a Bachelor of Engineering and has been practising as a surveyor and loss assessor for more than 32 years.He is registered with the Delhi Chief Commissioner of Income Tax as a Valuer. He is also member of various professional bodies including member of the Institution of Engineers, Institution of Valuers, Indian Council of Arbitration, Institute of Insurance Surveyors and loss Assessors and is empaneled with various banks and financial institution as registered valuer.
